Our Services & Operational Procedures
We provide an extensive array of services tailored to cater to our customers' requirements. Our services encompass various tasks, such as
- Submitting claims to the NDIS portal,
- Overseeing invoice payments, and
- Assisting with any enquiries related to NDIS.
We, as your designated plan manager, will assume the duty of disbursing your support payments and lodging claims to the NDIS portal. You have various payment options at your disposal to cover the cost of your support. Feel free to select the option that suits you best. You can either:
- Email us the authorised invoices, or
- Establish a permanent authorisation for the service providers you prefer, or
- Post invoices to our postal address.
